Dayrbayev Yerzhan Bakiyatovich

Dayrbayev Yerzhan Bakiyatovich was born on May 13, 1970 in Akshatau state farm, Ayagoz district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1977, he was admitted to the 1st grade of the A. Koshkimbayeva secondary school in Akshatau state farm and graduated from this school in 1987.


In 1987, he entered the Sarkan school of culture in Sarkan, Taldykorgan region, at the faculty of "Club worker, pop wind instruments".


In 1990, he resumed his studies and graduated from the 3rd year of the school at the faculty of "Kazakh national instrument orchestra". In 1992, he graduated from this educational institution with the specialty "Club worker, leader of Kazakh national instrument circles".


In parallel with his studies in 1992, he worked in the "Asem" song and dance ensemble, created from teachers at the school.


Since 1997, he worked as a senior instructor-musician in military unit 05325. From 1999 to 2005, he served as an orchestra foreman.


In 1999, he created the "Ayagoz-Aru" folklore ensemble. The ensemble won the Grand Prix of the Republican "Zhas Ulan" military song competition of the RK Armed Forces in 1999. In 2000, he was a diploma winner of the Republican "Zhas Ulan" military song competition. In 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2011, he became the winner of the regional "Zhas Ulan" military song competition.


In 2003, he participated in concert events during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization training period, which were held in the city of Usharal and in 2010 at the Otar garrison, Matybulak training ground. From September 2005 to 2012, he temporarily served as a military conductor in the orchestra of military unit 10810 of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During this period, in 2006–2008, he participated in a 10-day conductors' meeting of the heads of military orchestras of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, improving his professional knowledge.


In 2012, he participated in a concert event in Astana dedicated to the 20th anniversary as part of the folklore ensemble of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


In 2015, he participated in the military parade dedicated to the "70th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War" in Astana.


In 2016, he retired from military unit 10810 due to reaching the age limit. Since December of the same year, he was re-employed as a senior musician in the orchestra of this military unit.


In 2025, he participated in the military parade dedicated to the "80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War" in Astana. In August of the same year, he voluntarily completed his service in the military unit.


For exemplary military discipline and faithful performance of official duties during his military service, he was awarded the medals "For Impeccable Service" of the 2nd degree in 2008 and the 3rd degree in 2013, as well as medals for the 10th and 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


Since September 2025, he has been the conductor of the "Ayagoz" folk instrument orchestra at the district "Kozy Korpesh - Bayan Sulu" cultural center.
