Nakibayeva Bakhyt Besenbekovna since 1987 at the Center for Documentation of Modern History (formerly the State Archive of the Semipalatinsk region): archivist of the economic accounting group of categories 1, 2, head of the department on a contractual basis, archivist of category 1, head of the department for the collection and control of departmental archives, head of the department for ensuring the preservation and state accounting of documents of the KZTKO of the East Kazakhstan region, in 2014 - worked as the chief custodian of the funds of the KZTKO State State Archive.

B. B. Nakibayeva made a significant contribution to the formation and development of the system of district state archives of the Semipalatinsk region, formed the complexes of their archive funds.

B. B. Nakibayeva led the work of the KZTKO State State Archive on ensuring the preservation and accounting of documents of the national archive fund in the archive. She organized the acceptance of documents for state storage, their placement in archival warehouses, carried out a targeted comprehensive examination of the value of documents; resolved the issues of document funding, submitted information on the composition and volume of funds to the republican fund catalog based on the study of the composition and content of documents, the importance of fund creators, determined the categories of funds; conducted a centralized accounting of documents, including the most valuable, scientific and technical documentation, monitored the timeliness, quality, and safety of accounting documentation, made changes to accounting documents based on relevant acts; supervised the creation and organization of the "Archive Fund" automatic database.

B. B. Nakibayeva was a member of the collegiate bodies of the KZTKO Directorate and the East Kazakhstan Regional Expert and Inspection Commission.

B. B. Nakibayeva carried out current planning and reporting, analyzed the performance of employees' work on ensuring the safety of documents and state accounting.
