The monuments are located 100 m west of the Akzhailau wintering site, which belongs to the Kyzylkesik rural district, 600 m east of the Taukebay mountain, and on the southwestern side of the Taldy river. The burial ground consists of two kurgans. The largest kurgan has a diameter of 40 m and a height of 1.5 m. Its mound is a mixture of stone and soil. A trench with a width of 2 m and a depth of 0.50 m is recorded along the perimeter of the kurgan. The second kurgan is located 100 m northwest of the first kurgan, has a diameter of 20 m, a height of 0.30 m, and its mound is a mixture of stone and soil. The kurgans are dated to the Early Iron Age.
