The monument is located 300 m northwest of the Akzhailau wintering site in the Kyzylkesik rural district, 800 m east of the Taukebay mountain, and north of the Taldy river. The burial ground consists of 20 kurgans of various sizes. The diameters of the kurgans are 12-20 m, and their heights are 0.20-0.30 m. The mounds are a mixture of stone and soil, and circular stone enclosures (okolytsovkas) are recorded along their perimeters. The distance between the structures varies from 20 to 50 m. The monuments are arranged in a chain from northwest to southeast. The burial ground dates back to the Early Turkic period.
