On April 21, the regional competition of artists “Abai Eli-Art Kenichi” was held in the Aksuat Culture House. First, the delegation of cultural representatives from the region was respectfully welcomed at the entrance by the leadership, led by the district akim Yersin Kadirbekuly.

The competition of artists was chaired by Honored Worker of Labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, famous singer, composer Medet Salykov, and was judged by Honored Worker of Labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, director of the Abai Theater, film and theater actor, writer and playwright Nartai Saudanbekuly, editor-in-chief of the “Zhaidarman” games, author and producer of television projects Yelzhanov Rustem, Honored Worker of Labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, singer, composer Kurmanbay Zharkynbayuly, laureate of international and republican competitions, soloist of the regional A. Kashaubayev Philharmonic Aigerim Askarbekovna, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of international dance competitions, choreographer of the city Palace of Culture Ainur Askar, and specialists from the regional Center for Culture and Folk Art.

The B. Sayatulekov Orchestra, the “Aru Ana” grandmothers' ensemble, the “Koktem” pop ensemble, the “Tomiris” exemplary dance group, and village artists performed at the competition. At the end of the event, the head of the regional department for culture and language development, Zh. Omarkhan, wished the participants good luck.
