Kamzin Bolatbek Yerkinbekovich was born on July 9, 1960 in the village of Begen, Beskaragay district, former Semipalatinsk region. He graduated from school in 1967 and graduated from high school in 1977.

From 1977 to 1978, he studied at SPTU 101 as a driver and worked in his specialty until he was drafted into the army.

From 1978 to 1980, he was in the army in Zagorsk, Moscow region.

From 1981 to 1982, he worked as a gas-electric welder at the village MTM.

In 1982-1984, he entered the Semey Abai Cultural and Educational College to receive a director's degree, successfully completing it and receiving a diploma.

From 1984 to 1987, he was appointed head of the trade union club in his native village.

In 1987-1991, he entered the directing department of the Leningrad Higher Trade Union and Culture School and received a diploma.

In 1991-1993, he worked as a club manager in his native village, received the title of "People's Theater", was awarded the "For Achievements" breastplate and a diploma from the regional trade union.Since 1993, he has been working as a director and teacher at the Semey M. Tolebayev Music School. During these 29 years of service, he has become a teacher of 14 categories of higher education. The teleplay "Wounded Heart" dedicated to the 150th and 175th anniversary of the great Abai was shown twice on the central television channel. He staged the theatrical performance "Abai aulyndy toy". He has prepared contestants for the city events "Kyz siny", "Zhigit sultany", and has received many awards. He has written scripts for the city holiday "Nauryz", and has shown them to the city public with his students, receiving many thanks and awards. He is an active member of the jury of city and regional events. He has directed many performances and concert programs in the Zharma, Abai, Beskaragay districts. His students work as artists in the Astana circus and theaters. In particular: Shuyinshiev Daulet is a circus clown, Tokmangalieva Saya is a famous actress of the K. Kuanyshbayev State Theater in Astana. Bekzat Omashev, Asel Nurlanova and Almira Aitzhanova, Balzhan Turysbekova, Aitolkyn Mukhidenova and Bisat Shagyrov are artists of the Abai Musical and Drama Theater, as well as Eldos Kasymbekov and Erbulan Kalym are artists of the Semey City "Darigay" Youth Theater. In 2008, he staged the poetic drama "Nurlybek - a great poet" at a high directing level for the 80th anniversary of the Beskaragay district and the 120th anniversary of Nurlybek Baimuratov. In 2009, he staged M. Gabdullin's "Young Kazakh" for the 65th anniversary of the Great Victory and showed it to the district public. In 2010, the theatrical concert "Abai aulyndy toy" dedicated to the 165th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev was shown to the public at the Beskaragay district fair in Ust-Kamenogorsk. In 2011, at the Republican intercollegiate festival organized by the Zh. Elebekov variety and circus college in Almaty, he wrote and staged the comedy "Akim chel'ya" and won the 2nd place. In 2011, at the initiative of the youth of the Beskaragay district "Zhas Otan", he staged the play "Kyz Zhibek" by G. Musrepov and showed it to the public. In 2012, he participated in the first regional festival "People's Theaters" and won the nomination for best directorial work. And one of his students received the nomination "Best Young Man". In 2012, as part of the campaign "Tugan el-altyn besigim", he actively participated in the cultural days of Beskaragai district, held in Ridder city, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the East Kazakhstan region and the 115th anniversary of Mukhtar Auezov, and staged the tragedy "Enlik-Kebek" by M. Auezov. In 2013, he won the grand prize at the student youth theater festival organized by the Department of Internal Affairs of Semey city. In 2014, he won the grand prize at the "Student Theater Spring" festival held in Semey city. In December 2015, with the support of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Department of Internal Affairs, he staged the religious drama "Adaskannyn ayby ​​zhog" in the "Kozy korpesh - Bayan sulu" cultural center in Ayagoz city, and was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Ayagoz city administration. In December 2015, in Ayagoz, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Internal Affairs, he staged the religious drama "The Wanderer is Not Guilty" at the "Kozy Korpesh - Bayan Sulu" cultural center, and was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Ayagoz city administration. In April 2015, he took 3rd place at the International Festival of Amateur Youth and Student Theater Collectives dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Assembly of Kazakhstan, held in Pavlodar. He is actively involved in public work. In February 2016, he performed the religious drama "The Wanderer is Not Guilty" twice at the KMS at the request of the public, and was awarded a letter of gratitude. In 2016, he wrote the script for the "Zhas Aitysker" creative competition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan among students of educational institutions of the technical and vocational education system of the East Kazakhstan region, and received a letter of gratitude. In 2014, he was the winner of the Grand Prize of the "Student Theater Spring" festival held in Semey.
