Kabdoldin Dulat Kabdeshuli - chief director. Born on September 10, 1973 in the village of Karaul, Abay district, former Semipalatinsk region. Graduated from the music faculty of the Semey State Pedagogical Institute.

From 1987 to 1989, he participated in and graduated from the "Aygolek" children's dance club at the Abay district culture house. Having mastered the art of dance, he was hired as a dancer in the "Kalamkas" folk song and dance ensemble. In the field of dance, he showed himself at the highest level by contributing to the ensemble winning the Grand Prize out of nine countries at the "Bi" festival held in Turkey in July 1991.

In 1994, he got a job as a dancer in the "Kalamkas" folk song and dance ensemble of the Abay district culture house. In addition, he also worked as an actor at the "Abay" folk theater.

In 2008-2016, he was appointed chief director of the "Abay" folk theater.

Winner of the regional "Zhigit Sultan" competition, prize-winner of the regional "Oralkhan Bokey" competition.

In 2014, he was awarded the "Excellence in the field of culture" badge of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Three times awarded the Letter of Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, letters of gratitude from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akim of the East Kazakhstan Region, the Department of Culture of the East Kazakhstan Region, and the Akim of the Abay district.

Producer, organizer of regional and republican cultural events for 100-500 people held in the Abay district. Author and stage director of all cultural events in the Abay district.
