Akhmedzhanova Arailym Zamanbekovna was born on July 1, 1974
She has been working at the Zharma District House of Culture since 1993. She graduated from the prima class of the folk instruments department of the Semey M. Tolebayev Music College. Having started her career as a prima in the folk instrument orchestra, she has shown great enthusiasm for her work from the very first day she worked. Today, the "Kausar" folk instrument orchestra, which is considered the best Kazakh folk instrument orchestra in our region and has been the main prize winner of regional art competitions several times, has become a great school of life for her growth in art and professional experience. A talented artist, distinguished by her professional skills and creative pursuits, has risen from the prima of this orchestra to the position of conductor and artistic director. She is doing this work, which requires great responsibility and research, with honor. As an orchestra conductor, her work in promoting our national art and developing the culture of the district and region is immense. Today, the large ensemble led by A. Akhmedzhanova performs kuis and songs by famous Kazakh composers, as well as works by Russian and foreign composers. The orchestra is achieving great success, delighting art lovers in many cities of our country. A. Akhmedzhanova is the winner of the East Kazakhstan Region Akim Prize, the “Cultural Worker” of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded the “Eren Enbegi Ushin” medal in 2011
