Bilal Alpanuly Iskakov

Born on October 20, 1954 in the village of Taskesken, Urzhar district, East Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Y. Altynsarin secondary school and studied at the P. Tchaikovsky Music School in Almaty and the Kurmangazy Almaty State Conservatory. Kuish, dombra player, scientist. Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Professor of the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. Author of many methodological books on mastering the dombra instrument, collections of Kazakh kuis notes and research books on the work of famous Kazakh kuishes.
