Safarov Kalikhan Elgazyuly ​​— kuish, composer

Safarov Kalikhan Elgazyuly ​​was born in 1959 in the village of Aksuat, Abay region. He is a famous kuish, composer, Cultural Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Citizen of Tarbagatay district.

He worked in the field of art for many years and made his contribution to the development of national musical art. For several years he served as the director of the Alshyngazy Baikydyrov Music School.

He was also a deputy of the Tarbagatay district maslikhat of the IV convocation and actively participated in public work.

Currently, he is on retirement. He lives in the village of Aksuat.
