Klara Tolenbaeva was born in 1976 in the current East Kazakhstan region, Aksuat district.
Education:
In 1996, she graduated from the M. Auezov Pedagogical College in Semey,
and in 2001, she graduated from the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory.

Klara Tolenbaeva is a renowned traditional singer and performer, promoting singing with the syrnai. She has contributed to introducing traditional music to the public and widely showcases the singing schools of various regions (Arka, Zhetysu, Syr, West Kazakhstan) in her repertoire.
