Sagymbayeva Bayan was born on March 14, 1951 in the village of Karaul, Abay district, Semipalatinsk region. She graduated from the music department of the Girls' Pedagogical Institute in Almaty. She has a higher education. In 1986-1998, she worked as the head of the auto club in the Abay district Department of Culture. In 1981-1986, she worked as a singer in the "Kazakhconcert" association in Almaty. In 1998-2000, she worked as a singer in the State Philharmonic named after Amre Kashaubayev in Semey.
In 2000-2006, she worked as a teacher in the music department of the M. Auezov Pedagogical College.
Since 2007, she has worked as a singer in the "Akzhauyn" orchestra of Seken Turysbek.
In 1979, he was awarded the All-Union Lenin Komsomol Prize, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Culture several times. K. Bokayev wrote the story "Art is flowing". He traveled abroad. Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Turkey.
