A great figure in the field of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He was born on March 18, 1947 in the village of Sarzhal, Abay district, former Semipalatinsk region. He graduated from the Kazakh language and literature faculty of the Semey Pedagogical Institute (1968), the journalism department of the Almaty Higher Party School (1978). He is a teacher, journalist, member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, a great figure in the field of culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an honorary citizen of the Abay district of the East Kazakhstan region.
Muratkazy Alin has been engaged in personal creativity since then, writing songs and composing poems. His first song "Sagynish" (both the lyrics and the melody are by M. Alin) was published in 1964. His song "Kyz sagynysh" to the words of the poet Tumanbay Moldagaliyev has been broadcast on the Republican Radio since 1967. M. Alin's poem "Gul kerek" was composed by the famous composer Temirzhan Bazarbayev, and the song is performed in two voices by the singers of the Amre Kashaubayev Philharmonic Saltanat Sybanbayeva and Aiman Stanbekova.
The poet's poetry collections were published in the literary - artistic and socio-political almanac "Zhalyn" (1969) published by the "Zhazushy" publishing house, in the collection of poems of the young poets of the Republic called "Balausa" (1978), in the newspapers "Kazakh adebyeti", "Leninshil zhas" and in the international magazine "Dala" (№1, 2002). The books of the poet "Shyngystauudun Shagany" (2004), "Tulga" (2016), "Isagali" (2017), "Omir muraty" (2017) received positive reviews from readers.
Muratkazy Seisenuly Alin has worked fruitfully in the field of culture and journalism for almost thirty years. From 1970 to 1976, he was the head of the Abay district culture department. In 1972, he organized the "Kalamkas" song and dance ensemble under the district house of culture. In those years, the ensemble expanded beyond the borders of the Republic, performing in countries such as Czechoslovakia and France, and continues to enjoy national popularity. In 2022, the ensemble will celebrate its 50th anniversary.
In 1982-1985, Muratkazy Seisenuly headed the A. Kashaubayev Philharmonic in Semey. He worked with such famous artists as Madeniet Eshekeev, Bolat Sybanov, Bakhyt Uderbayeva, Tursyngazy Rakhimov, and Keldenbai Olmesekov. Then he served as an instructor in the regional party committee, director of the Abai Cultural and Educational School, and made a special contribution to the education of artistic youth.
In 1990-1996, Muratkazy Seisenuly was the chairman of the Semey regional television and radio campaign. He made a great contribution to the high ideological significance of the grand celebration at the UNESCO level dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of the great Abai (1995).
We believe that Alin Muratkazy Seisenuly deserves a state award for his personal creativity, outstanding work in educating artistic youth, skillful organizational skills, and his work in the field of culture and art.
