Batyrbayeva Ramzia Tolygaliyevna was born on 25.06.1989. In the city of Semey, a new Abai region was born, the choreographer of the dance ensemble "Tumar" under the State Philharmonic Society Amre Kashaubayev. R.T. Batyrbayeva graduated from the Almaty Choreographic School named after A.V. Seleznev in 2008. with a specialty "Artist of the Folk Ensemble". During her studies, she underwent an internship in the ensemble "Altyn Bobi". After completing her career, she began working in the professional state ensemble "Gulder". Later she moved to her native city of Semey, where she continued her work at the "Evuraz Show" song and dance theater, in her free time she gave lessons to children, passing on her skills and knowledge. She has repeatedly won 1st place and awards for participating in competitions with her children.

In 2013, in Tatarstan, she was the city of Kazan, which previously represented the East Kazakhstan region. The "Evuraz Show" Song and Dance Theater merged with the Amre Kashaubayev State Philharmonic, and then on January 1, 2015, the "Tumar" dance ensemble was created under the leadership of Dyaka Larisa Alexandrovna.
