Eleusizova Sairash Tusupovna worked in the "Center for Documentation of Contemporary History" of the East Kazakhstan Region (Semiy Regional State Archive - MAZHB) since 1976 as an archivist, laboratory assistant, inspector for basic activities of the archive department of the Semey Regional Executive Committee, chief accountant, senior custodian of the MAZHB fund, since 1989 as director of the Semey Regional State Archive, since 1997 - chief archivist of the KZTKO, since 2002 - archivist-translator of the KZTKO.

With her direct participation, a network of district archives of the Semipalatinsk region was created on the basis of documents of the Semey Regional State Archive, a real system of documentation services and departmental archives of all organizational and legal entities of the Semey region was formed, which is still effectively functioning today.

In 1997, due to the dissolution of the Semipalatinsk region, the Semipalatinsk regional state archive was reorganized into the Center for Documentation of Contemporary History of the East Kazakhstan Region (KZTKO of the East Kazakhstan Region). S.T. Yeleusizova was appointed chief archivist of the KZTKO of the East Kazakhstan Region.

In this position, Sairash Tusupovna was engaged in improving the scientific and reference apparatus for the catalog of documents stored in the KZTKO - developed historical definitions, forewords; carried out work on identifying, describing, and accounting for particularly valuable documents, provided advice and assistance to the Archive departments in various areas - in developing a nomenclature of cases, conducting scientific and technical processing, and assessing the value of documents; organized and recorded the replenishment of the reference and information fund.

In the position of archivist-translator, S.T. Yeleusizova ensured the implementation of the "Plan of Actions for the Introduction of the State Language of the East Kazakhstan Region into Business Proceedings" of the East Kazakhstan Region. She translates organizational and administrative documentation, regulatory and methodological documents, instructional materials, protocols of collegial bodies - the Directorate, EPNMK, developed by the structural divisions of the KZTKO into the state language.

Working in the department for the implementation of requests of a social and legal nature, Yeleusizova S.T. received citizens, fulfilled social and legal requests, created and processed Archive references in the state language.

Yeleusizovas.T. participated in the preparation of reference and information publications on the documents of the KZTKO. She is one of the authors of the reference book on the funds of the former archive of the Semey regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan "Documents of the archive fund of the former Communist Party of Kazakhstan".

Being an experienced and qualified specialist, S.T. Yeleusizova constantly assisted the specialists of the KZTKO in all areas of activity, taught young employees effective methods of work.
