Perebeeva Marina Ivanovna graduated from the Semey State Pedagogical Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya in 1986 with a degree in "History, social studies teacher, educational methodologist".

M. I. Perebeeva was accepted into the Semipalatinsk regional state archive in 1990 as an archivist of the document value collection and analysis group, operator of the microphotorestoration laboratory, since 1991 she was transferred to the head of the microphotorestoration laboratory, since 1993 – chief archivist; since 1997 – deputy director of the Center for Documentation of Modern History of the East Kazakhstan Region, since 2001 (due to changes in the staffing table) – chief custodian of the funds of the Center for Documentation of Modern History of the East Kazakhstan Region, in accordance with her official duties she became deputy director; from 07.07.2018 to 09.04.2019 Until 2019, she served as the Director of the State Archive of the Abay Region (AOMA), from September 20, 2019 to the present, Deputy Director of the State Archive of the Abay Region (AOMA).

M. I. Perebeeva develops current and prospective plans and programs for all areas of AMOMA activity, coordinates and monitors the activities of departments for their implementation, prepares reports on the areas of archival activity, collects materials and prepares references and information for higher state authorities, organizes work on providing methodological and practical assistance to organizations on issues of storing departmental documents, organizing documents in personnel and administrative procedures.

M. I. Perebeeva heads the research and publishing services of the archive. She is the author of the brochures “Polygon”, “Heroes of the Soviet Union - Semipalatinsk”, “Documents of the former archive fund of the CPSU” and a guide to the former archive funds of the Semey regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan; "Unknown pages of the history of Semipalatinsk Territory, 1920-1930. 20th century", "Trade relations of the Semipalatinsk Territory, 18th - early 20th centuries", "Greatest tragedy of the Kazakh people" (about the famine of the 30s of the 20th century), "Administrative-territorial management in Eastern Kazakhstan, 18th-20th centuries", "Mining development in Eastern Kazakhstan, 18th-30s. 20th century", "Remigration policy of the tsarist government and its implementation in Eastern Kazakhstan, 18th - early 20th centuries", "Civil war in Eastern Kazakhstan, 1917-1922", "I remember the saved world..." (70th and 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War), "Development of public education in Eastern Kazakhstan, 1917-1940". "Keepers of time", "Development of culture in Eastern Kazakhstan, 1917-1940", "Rise of virgin and fertile lands in Semipalatinsk Priirtyshye, 20-50 years. 20th century." is one of the authors of the collection of documents. 

Working as part of the regional department of the State Commission for the Compensation of Citizens Subjected to Illegal Repression, she compiled the collections of documents “The Holocaust of Soviet Repression in the Abai Region (Collection of Archival Documents)” - “Victims of Soviet Repression in the Abai Region (Collection of Archival Documents)”, “Tragic Fates: What They Saw and What They Experienced. Tragic Fates: What They Saw and What They Experienced”, East Alashorda: People and Events - Vostochnaya Alashorda: People and Events”.

M. I. Perebeeva is a member of collegiate bodies - the regional expert commission, the AOMA Directorate and the expert-verification methodological commission, reviews scientific research works, drafts of normative-methodical documents, etc.

For high labor achievements and many years of work in the field of archives, M. I. Perebeeva has been awarded several times with certificates of honor and letters of gratitude from the Committee for the Management of Archives and Documentation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Digitization and Archives of the East Kazakhstan Region, the Akim of Semey, the Akim of the Abay Region, the Department of Culture and Development, and was awarded the badge "Excellence in the Archival Industry".
