Tattimbet Kapuly is a multi-talented person who has mastered the national craft. The best eagle hunter of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2017, President of the "Eastern Altai" eagle hunters' federation, "Honorary citizen of the Urzhar district".


He spent his childhood in the Bayan-Olgei region of Mongolia, and later moved to his homeland in the early 1990s. His father, Kap Kumaruly, was a horseman and teacher, deeply knowledgeable about horses, and wrote poems; Tattimbet's passion for horses and eloquence were also formed from this education.


Tattimbet Kapuly is known in the Eastern region as a horseman who has mastered the intricacies of horse training. Growing up close to horses from a young age, he notes that in one summer he tamed and brought into character 48 foals. He is a master of training and training a wild boar, and he also practices horse training and horse treatment.


He has been training eagles for the past 14–15 years, while also practicing the art of falconry. One of his eagles is Karager. He follows traditional training methods such as akjemdegu, tuletu, and chynky in training and flying the eagle. He uses the methods of shirga and call-in rather than hunting according to modern rules. Tattimbet Kapuly considers falconry to be a noble art that awakens the national spirit, and says that it is his legacy to entrust it to the youth.


Currently, he lives in the village of Kokozek, Urzhar district, and teaches physical education at a village school. In addition to falconry, he also mastered such crafts as skinning, horse shoeing, whipping, omyldirik, kuyyskan, and rugen weaving. He is also known for his ability to tell stories and poems. He is known as the person who initiated the organization of eagle hunter competitions in the region.
