Karimbekov Meiramkhan Kenzhegaliyuly is a kuishi. He was born on December 31, 1983 in the village of Medeu, Abai district, former Semipalatinsk region.

From 2002 to 2006, Meiramkhan, who was passionate about art since childhood, entered the Semey Mukan Toleubayev College of Music and graduated with a degree in "dombra tenor".

In 2007, he began his career as a kuishi-dombra player at the municipal state-owned enterprise "Abai district Culture House" of the East Kazakhstan region, Abai district.

In 2020, he was awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the East Kazakhstan region for his significant work in giving a new field and fresh impetus to the cultural life of the East Kazakhstan region, being an instigator of bright events, spiritually nourishing the people, and promoting national art.

In 2021, he was awarded the "Excellence in the Field of Culture" badge of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For his dedicated work and significant contribution to the development of culture, which he has brought to the people through his art, and for raising the honor of the Abai people, he was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archives of the Abai region.

In 2022, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the "Kalamkas" folk song and dance ensemble, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archives of the Abai region for his fruitful work in the development of the ensemble.

In 2024, Karimbekov Meiramkhan Kenzhegaliyuly, a cultural worker with many years of service to the culture of the district, for his fruitful work in educating young people in art, spiritually nourishing the people, and bringing national art to the future, for his high achievements in his work, and for his honorable work, significant contribution to the sustainable development and prosperity of the cultural sector, and for his active activity, was awarded the "Labor Glory" badge of the Kazakhstan Trade Union of Industry Workers of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
