Satybaldin Manarbek Bolatbekuly was born in the current Abai region, Aqsuat district. He is a member of the International Union of Aitys Poets and Folk Singers. He is a aitys poet. Since 2008, he has been a student at the People's Poets Center in Semey. From that year onwards, he has been a prizewinner in various city, regional, and national aitys competitions.
