The mausoleum was studied in 1989. It is built in a circular shape, in a core model, with a base gradually leading to a dome. The entrance door is low and oriented to the east, decorated with stone slabs. The location of the grave is not visible. Raw bricks and clay mortar were used for the dome. The dimensions of the dome are: height – 3.3 m, base diameter – 5 m, wall thickness – 0.5 m, total volume – 46 cubic meters. In the summer of 2000, a new dome was built with the participation of the descendants of Zhabay and the people of the Culture village, covered with silicate bricks. It is dedicated to Zhabay bi (1700–1770). Zhabay bi was a hero and a bi, with four wives and six sons: Marka, Zhide, Tasybay, Tatan, Suttibay, Janal. He was the first bi after the Altai Kereys settled in Shubartau. He became a child bi at the age of 12. In 1760, he relocated and settled twelve Abak Kereys in Altai to the banks of the current Dagandy, Bakanas, Kur, Koryk, Malgeldy, Sary, and Kusak rivers.
