The monument is in the form of a full-length statue of a soldier, depicted with a rifle, cloak, and helmet, and with walls that lean inward in the center. The statue is mounted on a pedestal consisting of two circular steps, with a small recess at the top. The edges of the pedestal are beveled. Height: the statue is 2.2 m, the pedestal is 3.4 m. The material is concrete. The memorial wall height is 1.93 m. On the left side, the Order of Victory is depicted on a black background. On the right side, on a black panel (1.46 m x 2.4 m), there is an inscription made of marble plates listing the names of the fallen (a total of 198 surnames). The text of the inscription reads: "1941-1945, the fallen heroes in the defense of the Motherland." The wall is made of concrete, laid with bricks, and the back is covered with ceramic tiles. At the base of the monument, on a regular pentagonal-shaped foundation (edge 1.3 m), a "eternal flame" star is installed. The monument area is paved with sidewalk tiles.

It is dedicated to the soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War from 1941 to 1945.
