Description of the monument: Established in 1999 in the center of Kengirbay-bi village. The monument is made of white limestone. The height of the statue is 3 m. The elder holds a whip in his right hand, symbolizing authority, resilience, and respect. Next to him stands a statue of a winged wolf, the totemic symbol of the ancient Turkic people. The pedestal of the monument is made of silicate bricks and is covered with mountain stones on the outside. The height of the pedestal is 1.9 m (width 1.46 m x length 2.03 m). The area around the monument is paved with sidewalk tiles.
