The monument consists of a composition of rectangular figures. The main material is reinforced concrete. The facade is faced with white marble slabs, and the back is covered with silicate bricks. The total height of the wall is 4.2 m, the length is 8.2 m, and the thickness is 0.58 cm. In the center, there is a black granite (gabbro) stone measuring 0.3 m x 7.0 m. A plaque with the inscription "PERSONALITIES OF THE CENTURY" is installed. The plaque features 0.6 m x 0.8 m granite plates that hold a special place in the history of Abai District. The images of 10 personalities who participated in the Great Patriotic War and contributed to the development of the country are presented: 1. Shakirym Qudaiberdyuly, Abai's great poet disciple, brother, famous composer, philosopher; 2. Kokbay Janatayuly, a prominent representative of Abai's poetic school, composer, educator; 3. Shakir Abenov, folk poet, composer; 4. Shaymardan Tokzhigitov, journalist, prominent public figure; 5. Serikkazy Bekbosynov, Hero of the Soviet Union; 6. Zhangazy Moldagaliev, Hero of the Soviet Union; 7. Zakariya Belibaev, Hero of the Soviet Union; 8. Aitikeshtolganbaev, the first violinist of Kazakh origin known throughout Europe, participant in the Great Patriotic War; 9. Kamen Orazalin, a student who wrote a four-volume novel about M. Auezov, teacher, participant in the Great Patriotic War; 10. Zhanibek Karmenov, singer, composer, writer.

Historical data

In the year 2000, in honor of the "Year of Cultural Support," under the leadership of the district akim K. Toleubekov, a monumental monument was erected in memory of individuals who hold a special place in the history of Abai District in the 20th century.
