A 4.5 m tall stele-shaped monument. The monument is made of iron and concrete. At the top of the stele, there is a red metal star. Two memorial plaques made of light-colored marble are installed on the front side of the monument. The upper plaque measures 0.8 m x 0.5 m and has the inscription: "Eternal memory to the fellow countrymen of the village B. Vladimirovka, who fell in the struggle for the freedom and independence of the Motherland." The lower second plaque has the inscription: "Here lie the fighters for the people's happiness" and lists the names of 10 heroes: "1. Bezrukov A.P. 2. Belyakin R.I. 3. Kvotchkin P.D. 4. Kochkin P.P. 5. Kolbin E.P. 6. Kvotchkin D.E. 7. Kolbin F.Kh. 8. Shakhvorostov S.N. 9. Pashentsev V.I. 10. Vasinyev V.S." On the back side of the stele, there is a small red star made of iron. The foundation (6.98 m x 4.81 m) and the two-tiered pedestal (3.57 m x 2.6 m) are covered with red ceramic tiles. The height of the upper tier of the pedestal is 0.4 m, and the lower one is 0.17 m.
