The monument is in the form of a bust up to the chest, with a height of 1.3 m. The materials are concrete and plaster; it is painted "bronze-like." It is installed on a rectangular pedestal, which is covered with facing tiles on all sides, with a height of 1.8 m. On the front side, there is an inscription: "Ysqaq Kóbekuly." The height of the stylobate is 0.33 m, with dimensions of 1.63 m x 1.78 m. The concrete base has a height of 0.17 m, with dimensions of 2.98 m x 2.92 m. The fence is low, made of metal, and on the front side, it consists of 4 supporting columns that are connected by iron chains.
