Dilda and Aigerim are buried in a place called Araltobe. In 1924, a shrine was erected at their graves. In 1987, a mausoleum was built from white stone of Mangystau. The mausoleum is depicted as having four corners. The author of the mausoleum is Sayin Nazarbekov. The grave of the great Abai stands side by side with the burial ground of the Kunabai haji family in Akshoky. In 1987, commemorative plaques with their names were placed at the head of their graves.
